EUCLORA’s governance framework defines the legal, organisational, and ethical foundations of the Association, ensuring transparency, accountability, and long-term stewardship.

EUCLORA also maintains additional governance and operational policies, including competition law, open-source stewardship, safeguarding, and related procedures, under the Internal Rules. These are made available to members through the Association’s controlled-access member area.
